In a much-awaited development, the team of doctors of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has submitted Sushant Singh Rajput’s forensic report to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). As per the media reports, the doctors did not find any trace of poison in Sushant Singh Rajput’s viscera report.
Interestingly, media reports say that the team of doctors has also not ruled out the possibilities of murder. As per the viscera report, there was no poison. However, there are some specific marks on the body that indicate strangulation. Therefore, the doctors propose both the possibilities.
It is due to this reason that the CBI investigative team has not given clean chit to any of the suspects so far. CBI has also not given relief to the doctors at Cooper Hospital.
The CBI said that its investigation is in its final stages. It also said that the forensic science department of AIIMS and the CFSL finding are almost in sync.
As CBI could not find any conclusive evidence from the crime scene, it depended heavily on this viscera report by the AIIMS. The post-mortem report by the Cooper Hospital was under suspicion from the very beginning. The CBI is now expected to interrogate Sushant’s family members before preparing the detailed case report.
