For the third consecutive day, India recorded more than 20,000 cases in a single day. On July 5, India recorded 24,850 fresh coronavirus cases. The Ministry of Health also recorded 613 deaths in the last 24 hours.
India’s coronavirus figures now stand at 6,73,165 which includes 2,44,814 active cases, and 4,09,083 cured cases. The recovery rate of COVID19 infected patients improved to 60.77%.
As per the data shared by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) data, the total number of samples tested up to July 4 is 97,89,066 of which 2,48,934 samples were tested yesterday.
