
The Pakistan sponsored terrorists are finding it hard to survive in the Kashmir valley. And out of frustration, they have now started targeting political figures. One such incidence happened on Wednesday, July 8 when former BJP president of Bandipora district, Wasim Bari, along with his father and brother were shot dead by terrorists in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir.
They were shot when they were sitting at their shop adjacent to their home and opposite to the Bandipora Police Station. They were taken to the hospital immediately but could not survive. The doctors declared them bought dead.
Both police and the Bhartiya Janata Party confirmed the death.
Interestingly, Wasim Bari and his family had eight personal security guards. But none of them were seen nearby at the time of the shootout.
The police have started the investigation and collecting all the evidence fro the crime spot. It is also enquiring about the roles of other family members, friends, and personal security guards.
A police official said that the area is cordoned and a search operation launched. A case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
