Eight Terrorists Neutralised in the Kashmir Valley, Big Win for the Indian Armed Forces

Good news comes from Jammu and Kashmir as the Indian security forces eliminate eight terrorists in the last 24 hours. In a successful operation in the Pampore region, the security forces gunned down two terrorists who hid in a local mosque.

The J&K Police confirmed that no firings were done, neither the security forces used an IED to maintain the sanctity of the mosque.

“While conducting an operation at Meez Pampore full sanctity of the mosque maintained. Local people and Masjid committee expressed happiness and thanked district police chief Mr. Tahir for patience and good supervision. They also complimented Army and Crpf involved in the operation for restraint,” Jammu and Kashmir Police chief Dilbag Singh said.

While in another anti-terror operation in the Shopian region, five more terrorists were neutralized by the security forces in the Munand area. Police has not disclosed their identities so far.

Police further informed that they had received intelligence information about the presence of the terrorists. Police planned the operation in coordination with the CRPF.

At a time when the tension is soaring at the LAC due to the killing of 20 brave soldiers, this is indeed a big morale booster for the Indian forces as well as the citizens at large.
